Terms

Last updated: June 13, 2026

These terms describe what the Ledgerline Fellowship ("Ledgerline," "we," "us") is and isn't. By applying to or joining the program, you agree to them.

What this is

Ledgerline is a paid educational fellowship. You join as a Fellow — not an employee, intern, contractor, or job-holder — and you do not become one through the program. The tier names (Build, Accelerate, Scholar) describe how deep the program goes, not a title you earn.

No guaranteed outcomes

We sell education, senior mentorship, and documented project experience — not jobs, offers, referrals, or placements. We make no guarantee of employment, interviews, or any specific result. What you do with the experience and proof you build is yours to earn.

Applying

Admission is selective and at our discretion; submitting an application does not guarantee a place. We may decline any application.

Fees and refunds

The training environment

Fellows work in a dedicated training environment that mirrors production standards on synthetic data. Fellows do not access clients' systems or real customer data. The experience is real; the data is not live.

Your work and credit

The work you produce in the program is yours. We may reference, in general terms, that you participated (e.g., for verification requested by a future employer). Specific confidentiality and intellectual-property terms are covered in the agreement you sign before starting.

Research and writing

For research deliverables, we provide coaching and editorial review only. We do not ghostwrite and do not guarantee publication. The work and the credit are the Fellow's.

Not professional or financial advice

Nothing in the finance track makes a Fellow a licensed or registered financial advisor, and nothing on this site or in the program is financial, legal, or investment advice.

Disclaimers and liability

The program and site are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your state/country — to be set].

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the "last updated" date above when we do.
