Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 13, 2026

This policy explains what information the Ledgerline Fellowship ("Ledgerline," "we," "us") collects when you visit this site or apply, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be plain about it.

Information we collect

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count visits and see which pages and referrers are popular; it does not identify you. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.

How we use it

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We use a small number of service providers to run the program — for example, hosting and form/spreadsheet tools that store your submission — and they may process your data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep applications only as long as needed to evaluate them and run the program, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner (see below).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live (e.g., the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. To make a request, email us at the address below.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Children

This site and program are intended for adults (and university-age applicants); they are not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll change the "last updated" date above when we do.
